Stump grinding and land clearing
Logging and lumber sales
Emergency tree services
Cat rescue and wood chip sales

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Pricing & Payments

Estimates are free but not guaranteed until a final quote is provided.
Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Refunds are provided only in cases where we fail to complete the agreed-upon service.

4. Liability & Property Damage

We take every precaution to perform services safely.
Customers must inform us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or property concerns before service.
We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or customer-provided instructions.

5. Emergency Services Disclaimer

For emergency tree services, we prioritize safety, but delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen hazards.
